WHY is it almost impossible to use?Because all these little gadgets are in their little hexagon holes... with NO grip for picking them out of there and NO marks to indicate what is what! One must rely on memory to know which one is a lens cleaner, which one is a pick, which one is a brush.The Manufacturer could have put a little notch in each one, just to make it easier to grab these things and pull them out; and a small map inside to show what is where. But they didn't.Two stars off for usability.

Idea is good if it's work

The rest of the brushes and what not are great, but if you are getting this for the vacuum, don't. It is awful, and you are lucky if it will pick up a piece of lint, let alone a crumb!

Vaccume does not work. Looks cool but yet another cheap product. Not going to sped the time working with the seller. To attempt to fix the issue spending more of my time waiting for replacements. Things this simple should work. And why would you ship unsealed cleaning fluid in the device itself. I would assume this is why my device does not work as when I opened the box the cleaning bottle was empty and the device was wet. The tools do their job.
